I was in a wedding last fall where we wore velvet and we got them at Nordstrom.

Azazie has a ton of velvet dresses! it might not be in the bridesmaid section specifically but they have a section for other general dresses that look formal enough

I have actually found several options. I saw that you said you didn't see any green ones on Azazie that were velvet, but I found a couple of velvet green dresses from Azazie so I have included those options and others below.

Also check out Lulu's. They have some velvet dresses but the colors/styles are pretty limited.

My sister had us wear green velvet from Jasmine bridal and it was so gorgeous that i'll have my girls wear the same dress in berry. The website has a bridal shop lookup to see where the brand is carried. We got ours from Deborah's Bridal in Upland CA (I'm in SoCal).

I’ve seen many brides post on here about RenzRags; I too wanted velvet dresses so I looked into them but haven’t used them. Revelry also has beautiful velvet dresses. I have used them before; it was a good quality dress.
