Hi everyone, hope everyone is having a good weekend! Question about veils and wind. I will be having an outdoor ceremony, and I would like to wear a veil. My dress is an A-line style and has a lot of beads, so I think a veil would look great! However, I'm concerned about wind. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid the need to fuss with a veil in the wind at the alter? Did anyone do / does anyone plan to do anything in terms of holding down the veil somehow? Tips for certain kinds of veils to invest in? Thanks!

Sorry, no advice.. But from BAMs I have seen on here, veils+wind = beautiful photos. I am actually borrowing my SILs cathedral veil because of the BAMs with beautiful wind!

Veils and wind are a great thing! Unless it's super windy out. You can get veil weights that attach to the bottom and will keep it from moving quite so much on a windy day. Honestly, I couldn't tell you what my veil was doing during my ceremony - it was the furthest thing from my mind. Don't even worry about it! Get you a gorgeous veil and enjoy your day!
