Veil Wear

Ceremony only. Changing hair accessories for reception.

I am flipping it backwards for reception.

I wore mine for the reception and regretted it. The veil keeps in heat, so your head gets sweaty quickly while dancing, ruining your hair.

I'm wearing a cathedral veil so it will definitely come off after the ceremony.

I’m doing a cathedral veil for photos and the ceremony and then I have a fingertip length veil I’ll switch to for the reception. I’ve heard that first dance photos are especially precious when you keep your veil on!

My veil is nine feet long so only ceremony. I have a flower crown to wear the whole day though.

I wore a cathedral length veil with a flower crown. I removed the veil after the ceremony.

Definitely ceremony only. My veil is like 9 feet long.

View Quoted Comment No I didn't but I did have the advantage of having my HMUA with me after the ceremony to help remove the veil. However, she really didn't need to fix my hair because it held up pretty well. I also had more of a messy updo so that helped too.
