Veil Storage

I just put mine in the garment bag with my dress and draped it over it.

What Heidi said, Or you can get a second bag and then hang in with your dress. You just want to take the time and make it smooth, veils wrinkle very easily!

I gave mine to my MOH to hold for me.

I just hung mine up yesterday. I've been putting it off because I really didn't want FH to see it, but at this point I really don't care (I doubt he can visualize what it looks like on me anyways) because it's realllly wrinkled. Mine's a chapel length veil, so it doesn't fit in a garment bag. It's currently hanging from the curtain rod in our spare bedroom.

Mine is currently in the box the store gave it to me in. I plan on getting it steamed when my dress comes in and then hanging with my dress.

My dress stayed at the bridal shop until I picked it up a few days before the wedding. I kept my veil at a friend's house until my final fitting so I could have it steamed with my dress at the bridal shop (even though i didn't buy it there, how nice!)

My mom (whose 30th wedding anniversary is this year, so that will give you some idea as to how it holds up) keeps hers in a cardboard box, like a huge shoebox that the veil came in. It has sat on the top shelf of the closet since the wedding. It's in perfect condition.

I should probably not be doing this...

Mine was hanging on the closet door handle (we have oblong handles and it worked perfectly), but then my cat decided it was yummy..so it was promptly moved into the closet on the top shelf.
