Veil or no veil?

I was told that a veil can depend on whatever hairstyle you choose. How can you tell or is it honestly just preference? I have some hair styles in mind but not decided yet (long hair).

    I think veils can be worn with most all hair styles! It really just depends on personal preference!

    I agree with PP, I can't think of many styles that a veil wouldn't work with. It's really up to you!

    I originally didn't want a veil. I found my dress and the woman working with me showed me a veil that went with it perfectly and I just felt more like a bride with it on after I tried it. There's a lot you can do with your hair and a nice veil.

    I am using the veil in the traditional way, not just as an accessory. So I have been trying to find a hairstyle that will look good with a veil. I think you should determine if you want a veil or not and if so, try to style your hair a way that will look good with the one you choose.

    I think it’s really personal preference because most hair styles can accommodate a veil.

    I decided to go with one to be honest. I tried my dress on a week ago and found one and it goes perfectly with it. Thanks for the help everyone!
