Veil or no Veil?

My dress.

Cathedral veil for me.

I plan on wearing one for my ceremony. My hairs going to be in a low bun style so it's going under the bun!

I wasn't going to wear one, but I put one on at my fitting at it instantly made me feel/look like a bride. You're never going to wear one again in your life, so might as well this once!

I'm not because I love the back of my dress. I'm questioning it the closer we get. I hope I don't regret it, but it's honestly one less thing to worry about.

I'd going to wear one. I actually hadn't considered the option of not wearing one.

I am! I love the veil. It's so pretty and makes me feel like a bride.

I probably won't because I'm doing a knee-length dress and can't find one I like that goes well with a short dress. And this way I can do more intricate clips and/or flowers in my hair without it being too much.

I'm going with an elbow length veil. Our ceremony is outside, so I don't want too much veil to be blowing around if it's windy. I didn't wear one at my previous wedding and honestly, I ended up missing it.

The right veil will absolutely match your dress! Something sheer, maybe cathedral with a similar lace pattern on the edge, or a shorter fingertip with an unfinished edge that blends into your skirt? Have you tried veils on with it?

Probably getting a fingertip length one for the ceremony and pictures and taking it off for the reception

I'm leaning toward not doing a veil - I have never wanted one though, and my mom doesn't care. I was thinking of putting flowers in my hair or something to make up for it

@mrsski i threw a couple on at my fitting and it made my mom cry. Lol and I cringed. But thanks for the tips I will try some of those on! I just threw one on as an afterthought after I said yes to the dress. Next time I go in i will request specific ones! Thanks!

I'm definitely wearing a veil - to me, it's part of the whole package of being a bride. And with a veil, you have the option for some photos with the veil and some photos without the veil
