HELP!!!! I need some opinions on the length & color of the veil I should get. I’m going to have them attach a comb to the veil so I can take it off after pictures. This is my dress & the tiara. Veil length & color 1

Hmmmm depends on your style in regards to length. I would say you need to match the veil to the color of your dress which seems to be ivory. You cannot go wrong with light ivory or ivory. Also, if you want I would at least go finger tip length but cathedral would love nice too if goes around your train.

I recommend a cathedral length veil. As far as color, anything goes! I dyed mine ombre lavender and I loved it.

I kept it on until the very end. It made me feel like a bride and I didn't want to take it off.
Good luck with your decision, keep us posted. You will know when you find the one, it will give you the feeling that your beautiful dress does.
    Congratulations! Happy hunting!

I'm a veil designer and I agree with Anna. You can't go wrong with a cathedral length veil. Mine is Monarch length. Have fun shopping!!

I say definitely try some veils on with your dress! I was surprised by how many veils I instantly hated when I put them on. It took a lot of doing to find the right one for me but a good stylist should keep trying different lengths and styles with you. Mine eventually gave up and took me over to the veils where my first pick was the one I ended up buying 😂😂

Get some cheap ones off Amazon to try and return them or go back to the place you got your dress if you can to try veils on to see if you can find a length that you like best!

Because you have such a pretty and bold lace pattern on your dress head and shoulders, and the headpiece that looks like filigree, you might want to look at some minimalist veiling. A small veil coming out of your chignon or hair just in back, or one with just a decorative edge, or sheer and just in back, or a small birdcage veil, or a supersheer veil. Let the gown be seen!

I agree with the cathedral length maybe something simple so it doesn't distract from the dress but I would definitely try some on with the dress as it's really a personal choice.
