I bought mine off etsy. I used a store located in the United states. Unfortunately I can't remember the name. The customer service was great and shipping was fairly quick. However, it did arrive very wrinkly and deep creases. There wasn't any care instructions included. But I reached out to them and their customer service was excellent. They suggested to hang it up while I took a hot shower, which I did a few times. I also used the steam button on an iron to get the deep creases out. I'll probably have to steam it the night before the wedding because it's been hanging in my closet with all my other clothes.
