Veil for Stella York Moscato/ivory Dress

I bought Stella York 7012 with moscato underlay and ivory lace: https://www.essensedesigns.com/stella-york/wedding-dresses/7012/

Moscato seems to be somewhere between blush and champagne depending on lighting. I can't decide what color veil to get! I just want something plain as we are ordering extra lace directly from the dress manufacturer to DIY onto the veil. I won't have the dress until a month before the wedding and am operating on a tight timeline. Does anyone have recommendations for what color veil to get for moscato&ivory dress? And maybe where to order from (Amazon, Etsy...?)

I think I agree that going for an ivory veil seems like the safest option. I think trying to match the moscato might prove difficult, and unless the designer sells a plain veil in that fabric I probably wouldn't even attempt it.

I agree with the others. Probably safest bet is ivory. Maybe a way to incorporate extra applications from the dress into the veil on the edge? Just a thought....

Many Etsy stores (e.g., BlancaVeils) will send you tulle samples so you can see what works with your dress best before you buy.

Hey I’m wearing this exact dress too! My veil is ivory, I think it works well because the lace details on the dress is ivory too I’ll add a picture cause I know visuals are helpful!

Thank you! I actually got it when I was buying my dress.. the girl grabbed a veil so I could get the full picture, slapped in on my head, and I was sold haha. I’ve seen some similar ones online though I think on Etsy. What are you planning to do with your veil and extra lace??

I also got a moscato Stella York gown and I got my veil color matched with a seller on Etsy. LordandGreyBridal is the shop and I bought a regal length veil in the color blush after speaking with the seller. I recently had my first dress fitting and I brought my veil and it matched to a T. I really recommend her because the quality and color of the veil is amazing! Best of luck finding your veil!❤️

Finally getting around to updating this... I ended up going with a plain ivory veil! I did order extra lace from the dress manufacturer but decided the plain veil looked better! So instead I used the extra lace to make a matching mask for the times I needed it (aren't Covid weddings fun?). Thanks everyone for your input!!
