Vase height ??

Amanda, on May 22, 2017 at 8:37 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6

I'm doing tall centerpieces and wanted to order my vases ... I'm not sure of what height I should go with 24" or 28 " ?? Any idea on what size is best ??

Whatever won't make it impossible for people sitting at the table to see and talk to each other. Will these vases have large/ tall arrangements in them?

The key thing is not the height but the width of the vase. Height is a matter of personal taste.

The only acceptable tall centerpieces are those in vases with very narrow pedestals, like an Eiffel Tower vase, so they don't obstruct your guests' view and conversation across the table.

What type of vase are you thinking of using?

Either size is totally fine! The general rule of thumb is that you want your centerpieces to be taller than 24" or shorter than 12" so your guests can still talk to each other across the table Smiley smile
