Usher?

We are not having bridesmaid or grooms men.
We have 4 flower girls, 2 younger tossing flowers and the other two holding hoop flowers.
We have an 18 months old son- so of course no ring bearer. I think my fiancé can hold our son and walk down the aisle, then my mom grab him. I’m thinking of what to do with my bouquet and fix my train? Maybe my sis in law can grab my bouquet and fix my train? Any suggestion? It’s a small immediate family of 40 at a church.
