Hello!! This is my first post so I apologize if this has been answered already. I was a nanny in college and the 2 boys I used to watch are now ushers in our wedding. They will be 11 and 14. I'm trying to find gifts for them. Everything seems to be pocket knives or shot glasses. My last resort are gift cards but I want to give them something meaningful. Can anyone recommend anything?? Much thanks in advance!!

Do you know if they play video games? Maybe get them each their own game? At that age, gift cards are def a good bet. ETA: My H said if they like sports maybe get them a piece of memorabilia or a signature. He then goes "You know what my 11 year old self would want? Porn." So helpful lol

Hahaha love the honesty!! We are having a gelato cart and they get to come help try and pick the flavors which they are excited about. I just want them to feel special too.

Act as though it's a birthday gift, get them something that goes with their interests.

I bought my ring bearer a watch. Obviously he is a kid so it was the nicest kids watch I could find vs the plastic ones. Then with my son, he is obsessed with trains, so I'm getting him an antique model train. I didn't want to do toys even though they are both young enough to still love them. I wanted something a little nicer.

I know how you feel about the gift cards, but my son was 12 when I remarried and he was thrilled with his Game Stop GC. Easy for me and made him happy, win-win!
