Also do they and the fathers wear a similar boutineer or the same? I think it can be either way but wanted to see what people have done!

My fiancé doesn’t want to wear a boutineer - says “guys don’t wear flowers” & he, groomsmen & dads will be wearing ties & pocket squares. We’re not having ushers but our ring bearer will be wearing this but in a lighter shade of gray. Fiancé & groomsmen are wearing charcoal. Usher attire 1

They can wear the same. Alot of the time, groomsmen are ushers.

If groomsmen are ushers then yes to a bout. If a random guest, then no bout.

It is honestly completely up to you. We didn't have ushers, but my friend did for her wedding. She had them wear the same tux as the groomsmen and groom. The groom wore a white vest and tie, the groomsmen for a blue vest and tie and the ushers wore a different color vest and tie, but I don't remember what color. As for the boutineers, I don't recall.

Hmm yeah, i wonder what other color for the vest and tie, or same color tie and no vest? Or bow ties for them in same color since groomsmen are in regular tie. Sorry haha just thinking! Thanks!

My suggestion would be to have them all in the same color tux/suit then switch up the tie and vest color. So for example our colors were red and black with silver as an accent color. My husband, the groomsmen, and bride's man all wore black tuxes. We didn't have ushers, but for this example let's pretend we did and they would have also worn a black tux. My husband wore a silver vest and tie to match the silver on my dress since I wanted us to coordinate and him to stand out from the others, the groomsmen/bride's man wore a red vest and tie to match the bridesmaids/groomswoman, and the ushers would have worn a black vest and tie to differentiate them between the groomsmen. All of them had the same boutonnieres however my husband's was larger than the rest. I'm not a fan of different type shapes as I like things like that to be uniform.

Our groomsmen and fathers wore boutonnieres but ushers did not. I don't even remember what our ushers wore because we didn't ask them to wear anything specific.
