Has anyone used an out-of-state license for marriage in Vegas? I thought i saw that was possible. Does the officiant have to be approved in California then?

Hi Michael! You can call the local county clerk in Las Vegas to see if this is possible, but in general I believe you need to get a marriage license in the county where you are getting married!!
