I booked my DJ back in June, signed the contract and paid the deposit. I had a few questions for him so I emailed him last night asking how long the photo booth was going to be at the reception. He emailed me back this morning and said he made a mistake and that he forgot to take the photo booth part out of the contract before having me sign it and that if I wanted the photo booth it would be an additional $600.
We discussed having the photo booth and then he gave us the cost of $1350
The contract says that he will provide musical entertainment and a photo booth at the cost of $1350.
Now here we are 6 months until the wedding and the one thing I really wanted and already had signs made for he is saying is now a mistake and wants an additional $600. I'm afraid to argue the contract with him and have him do a poor job but I don't know what to do? Advice please and thank you!!
