Unity cross

So we have a close friend of us marrying us he has done several weddings. We are using a unity cross and my question is when do you do it during ceremony. Before vows right after vows. Before vows and rings or after exchange of rings. I always thought rings would be last, but what I've googled says you do cross after that.

We did our unity ceremony after rings.

Ask your officiant, they should know.

Unity ceremonies, including the Unity Cross, are traditionally performed right after the exchange of rings. Best wishes!
