If/when you did a unity sand ceremony, did you do the colors of your wedding or your favorite colors?

We're doing a glass ceremony rather than a sand ceremony, but we just chose the colors we liked the best rather than our wedding colors

I originally wanted to do this with our kids. I would've just chosen 4 colors i loved that went well together (similar to our wedding colors since i love those colors )
i then changed my mind and did a wine blending ceremony instead.

We were going to do a sand ceremony but FH's parents were very confused by it and couldn't understand so we are nixing it. Up until a couple of weeks ago, we had planned on doing each of our favorite colors (him black and me blue) in lieu of our wedding colors (blush, black, burgundy). We thought it would be more personal to be in our favorite colors.
