Unique wedding guestbook ideas?

We’re doing a custom shadow box. The guest will sign hearts and drop them in. Then we’re going to hang it on a wall in our house.

Instead of a guest book we are doing a guest hat where people sign a hat

We opted for a canvas with our names and wedding date. The idea is to have the guests sign on the canvas. We bought ours from Etsy.

We did a photo calendar and had everyone sign on their birthday.

We had a framed canvas with our initial, names and wedding date for everyone to sign. Found it on Personalization Mall. They have a lot of great options!

My fiance is a skateboarder so we will be having two skate decks painted white with our names on them and people will sign the decks. We will hang them in our office.

We're having people sign records. I'm gonna spray them with this matte clear coating so the metallic sharpie doesn't smudge. My husband's apartment has one wall in the hallway decorated with his favorite pop punk band albums. (I mean we both live here, but that was his cool idea before he met me lol) That wall was so cool that as soon as I saw that record guest book idea online I was like BINGO!

I saw someone pull out their old camcorder from the 90s/early 2000s and plopped it on a tripod and have people record video messages to the couple on that. I LOVED that idea and thought it was such a cool way to bring back an old relic (they also were a highschool sweetheart couple that met when those were still used, so I think the camera was original).

My husband is a big Star Wars fan and so the moment he saw this, I knew lol.

My husband plays guitar and I love butterflies so this was our guestbook. It ended up better than I thought because we had to scale back our wedding during COVID but I am so happy with how beautiful it turned out. The guitar was in paint markers and is now hanging on our bedroom wall with our marriage certificate and picture.

I’ve seen this thing called After the Tone. It’s a retro old school phone that guest can leave a message on the phone! I like it over someone writing a message and can listen to it indefinitely!

I’m so excited for our guest book! I come from a family of loggers. Our whole wedding is very woodys themed and so is our guest book! My Pastor does frame work so we had him make a frame for it and it’ll be covered with glass after the wedding, but this is ours and the guests will sign the limbs!
