Unique Bridesmaids Gift that doesn't scream Wedding?

I would just add maybe their first initial where a breast pocket would normally be, I considered doing that for the robes I bought for everyone since I definitely didn't want them to say "bridesmaid/MOH"

Maybe "LOVE"? It might not be everyone's style, but there are regular denim jackets on the market that say that, and it will still be cute for a wedding.

It depends on the style of your bridesmaids. I personally wouldn't wear a jean jacket on a daily basis, and when I did wear it, I'd only wear it if it was pretty basic or had very small designs on it (that weren't super bright or sparkly).

All my girls have jackets already, and I would pick ones that would be in their style (like if they like dark/light wash and fit) But I know that none of them would like anything across the back or anything that was super flashy. But I would like like to add something to the jacket that would remind them of the day. I was even playing around with doing something on the inside of the jacket that only they can see. Whatever it is it does not have to be wedding related.

I love the inside of the jacket idea! I'm sentimental so if the bride wrote something (or sewed something) cute inside to me and it didn't show when I wore it, I'd love that!

I'd absolutely agree with something INSIDE the jacket that would not be visible from the outside. (We made a patch for the back of FOB's tie using iron-on photo transfer paper and some plain fabric, then I sewed it to the back of the tie.) I agree with others that I would not wear a jacket with anything on the outside. If you really want something for the wedding itself, perhaps you could look for some kind of pins they could wear on the jackets for the wedding and then remove them for future wear.

This is such a fun idea! I would 100% embroider something on the inside—maybe the pocket lining?
