Unforeseen Details

I planned for this hydration station at the ceremony since we had outdoor venue. So my mom asks oh do you have drink dispensers - OF COURSE I DO, MOM. then she asks oh do you have the cups - YES, WHY WOULDNT I. Then she asks ok what about napkins? That's when I realized holy moly I didn't have napkins aha so instead of saying omg thanks for the reminder, I just said ... Yes, mother ahaha because I didn't want her knowing she was right about something ahahah and then I ran away and called my husband saying omg we need napkins ASAP

There were lots of surprises when our DJ asked about specific song choices that we hadn't thought about. Notably the grand entrance, cake cutting, and last dance. Another thing that was nagging me until the last month was how to feed those getting ready in the bridal suite with me. We ended up asking the hotel to deliver "afternoon tea".

I'm sure I'll have last minute things come up, but the one thing I haven't put much thought into (less unforeseen and more forcibly put on the back burner) is transportation. I was hoping to get a driver to take the girls from the hotel to the venue, and FH and I from the venue to our house afterwards, but given the minimum time constraints and such it's stupid expensive. Still haven't found a great solution yet...

Someone asked me what we were doing with my flower girl since she'll be with us all morning. She's going to have lunch and get ready with us and take nap before heading off to the venue. Worst case? Dad and grandma (who are both coming to the wedding) will be minutes away and come get her if needed.

Ice!! Someone mentioned keeping the kegs on ice so they don’t get warm and I never would have thought about it.
