We had an extra groomsmen and he just walked alone at the end in the recessional (and for the processional we had guys and girls walk separately), you can really do whatever you want here! Absolutely! Uneven bridal parties are not uncommon at all. We'll be having three on my side and two on FH's side. I'm having everyone walk down alone or I might have Best Man and Groomsman escort grandparents/mothers down the aisle, haven't decided yet

When I was in my brother and sis-in laws wedding, I walked with my sister and brother in law and it was no big deal! It really just depends. My fiance and I have an uneven bridal party as well by having an extra guy, so my fiance is walking with his best friend to make it even and then he will walk back by himself. I think its just a matter of how you feel and if bother you or not!

We had 9 BM and 10 GM. The GM & BM walked in alone, then 1 BM walked out with 2 GM and was introduced into the reception with the same 2 GM.

Is an "Honorary BM" a thing? If so, I'd love to have one myself lol. They would be involved in all of the fun stuff, planning and whatnot, they just wouldn't be standing next to you at the altar. Maybe find the one that is the most shy and ask them if they would like to "sit it out" and be in the audience?
