This is my dress & I’m having a really hard time thinking of what type of bra to use. I’ve used a couple sticky bras in the past & they weren’t the greatest. I did find a completely see through bra with see through straps. But I’m just not too sure what would really work. & with covid we’re pretty tight on money so I don’t want to spend anything I don’t have to. I’ve also thought of just going braless because it does have cups in the dress. Just not really too sure! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Consider having them taped. I've heard that works well.

Can they add cups to the dress?

YOU LOOK GORGEOUS IN THAT DRESS!! You could try a sticky bra, if your dress doesn't have padding. They have nude ones on Amazon!

If it does have cups then you shouldn't have to wear a bra. You can always bring up your concerns with the person doing your alterations, I'm sure they can put different padding in if needed.
Also the back of that dress is beautiful!

Since it already has cups I would just go with that and use a little tape if needed. It looks great on you!

There is no need for a bra with cups sewn in, but they do have push up cups in case you want that look. I never know before that there were such thing. My dress originally came with push up cups, but I exchanged them with the thinnest cups. If you google images sewn in cups, it will show you very thin to very thick cups to choose from. Sewn in cups are best. No worries about stickiness, no marks, no show, and cheap.

Your dress is georgeous! Check out Kim Kardashian's pasty and body tape line, Skims. She basically just duct tapes her breasts in place. It is a pretty cool technique!

Omg I got the same dress!!!! It looks so great on you! I’m going braless, I find it most comfortable and like you said there is already some padding in there.

Cups generally only pad the nipples. They don't do anything for lift and support. Try therabbitbra.com or see what Shapermint/Honeylove have in the way of strapless bras.

If the dress fits well and has cups, go braless. You'll be more comfortable (less hot, less itchy, less adjusting). The only addition I might make it getting some nipple covers (pasties or silicone ones will do) just to have some extra coverage in case you have an accidental nip slip. You can also check that you can raise your hands in the air and jump around without your girls popping out!

But honestly if the dress is supportive enough, braless is the way to go!
