Undergarment recommendations

Good morning lovelies,
I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for undergarment for your dresses. I am looking for a slimming tummy tucking body smoothing item lol. My dress is of a mermaid type silhouette.
In the past i have tried some random kinda for everyday and random use. I find that they tend to roll up or down on me which that makes me look much more bulky than i started ahaha. Please help ! Has anyone used any that have been a big success?!
