Under the dress?

Jessica, on February 16, 2016 at 1:11 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

What kind of lingerie is everybody wearing under theirs? My dress doesn't necessarily need a bra but should I get an adhesive bra? The thought of wearing "sticky boobs" makes me feel weird because I imagine changing into my dress in front of all the girls, my future MIL, and our photographer. Maybe I'm overthinking it haha Smiley smile and underwear...should I get something sexy or simple? Maybe a corset type of bra? Idk!

I thought the same thing I was worried about changing in front of people. I wore a thong under my dress that ended up coming off because I couldn't get my dress back in place without my thong moving after I went pee. I had a mermaid dress so it was impossible. I was free balling 70% of the night.

When I got into my dress. I just had on sweatpants that I took off right before I stepped into my dress. I was surrounded by my BMs, mom and FMIL so the photographer and videographer didn't get much of a show. And I took off my bra once the dress was already up and against me so no one saw anything. I didn't want to wear stickies either.

Lol I will be wearing a strapless girdle. So I can feel sucked and tucked in my tummy are. Also I really want to emphasis my curves more. As far as lingerie I won't wear any until our honeymoon. I would say just keep it simple and make sure you wear something that's going to be supportive, and helps you look great in your dress!

My dress has a pretty heavy built in corset so I was going to go braless and just do panties. If you have the same situation you may not want extra undergarments you will be hot

My girlfriend went in with just her mom to put her dress on. You don't have to dress in front of everyone or say hey ladies I just need a moment to get the dress on and do a first look with your girls Smiley smile if you have the photographer with you while your getting ready then it could be a great photo opportunities Smiley laugh

I am going to wait to wear lingerie until later on. My dress is backless so I can't wear a bra. Probably just a nice pair of panties. I don't plan on changing in front of everyone too. I will probably just have my sisters help me into my dress. I can't imagine being naked in front of FMIL.

Omg I've no joke had atleast 3 nightmares (probably because I've worried about it a lot) about this situation so far and I still have a long time till the big day. This thread has great timing! The only people in my suite will be the 5 bridesmaids (not including photo, mua, since they won't be helping with anything dress related) and no family. There's a very real shot atleast one of my girls will see me undressed and that's terrifying. I was under the impression I can atleast get into the dress on my own but every bridal salon visit so far has proved otherwise.

Maybe im just suuuuper open but all 8 of my bridesmaids have seen me at least partially naked. and my FMIL is vision impaired but even if she could see, i wouldnt mind her seeing me in my underwear for 30 seconds while my dress gets pulled up. I doubt the photographer would be snapping pictures while you were undressed unless you asked them to for some reason!! and if you are super uncomfortable you could just ask them to leave the room until you get changed.

Yeah it's not that I care that they see me undressed, it's just the fact that I'm the only one going to be at that point, and since it's my wedding dress, all eyes will be on me. Which makes me nervous! Lol. I just wanted to see what everybody else was wearing so I could get ideas

My wedding is in April and I am now just starting to think of this! My dress doesn't necessarily need a bra either. It is strapless with a corset back and very tight up top when it's tied how I want it. I did choose to get one of the adhesive bras though just to fill it out a little bit more. I haven't decided on underwear yet. I obviously want something cute but I also want something comfy.

I ordered a bridal corset push up thing yesterday. I have large boobs, but no cleavage, so I wanted a little extra help with some serious undergarments.

I just wore nude panties. I had cups sewn into my dress which was the perfect amount of support.

And only one bridesmaid and my mom helped me put my dress on. My boobs were probably out all of 6 seconds. You don't have to have everybody who happens to be there when you change actually be there when you change.
