Ooh both are super pretty, but I think I like the ones in group A best!

View Quoted Comment Personally, I would leave the shoes as they are! They are super sweet and a great use of “something blue”. Plus, your dress is very intricate and adding accessories can quickly make it look “busy”. I would try to keep accessories to a minimum to not compete with the dress

With that dress, A is better. I can't tell if there are pearls on the dress from the pics, which means your guests might not either and you'll look like you hurriedly pulled things from your closet.
