My father passed away 19 years ago, and my uncle will be stepping in and doing the father-daughter dance with me. Any suggestions on a good song to dance too?

So sorry to hear about your dad--that's really great of your uncle.
In these cases, I sometimes suggest sweet instrumental versions of songs in order to eliminate the whole "are these lyrics reflective of my relationship to this person?" thing! My favorite, which might be appropriate in your case, was a piano/violin version of "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story. Maybe something like that?
