Ugly aisle cries

I say lean into it! I love looking at my wedding photos and seeing genuine emotion on mine and my husband's faces!

A first look can also help with keeping emotions in check walking down the aisle.

Just embrace the cry! It may not be magazine cover worthy 😆 but at least it’s authentic! Years down the road, you are going to want to relive your authentic experience of that day, not just a bunch of plastic, posed photos in a pretty dress (don’t worry, you will have plenty of those too!) Besides, if you are anything like me, trying to suppress tears or attempting to “Kardashian cry”, not only results in the ogre cry face, but a constipated ogre!

I agree, embrace it! Just keep tissues handy and remember to dab your eyes, don't wipe them or you could rub your makeup off!

I can’t stop laughing! Thank you for that. My new thought for walking down the aisle so keep from to much ugly crying will be... constipated ogre! Haha

Every time I do ugly cry I always try covering my whole face lol. But I would just say embrace it! If not then have tissues on hand

Ugh I'm the same way. I cry so easily and it is never pretty LOL

I'm actually going to be bringing a nice handkerchief with me when I walk down the aisle that way when I'm crying on the walk and up at the altar I'll have something I can at least partially hide my face with and wipe away the tears.
