I don't believe so, and think if anything it'd be against uber's business model (just when you think of it in the context of surge pricing). I know you can do an event code to purchase rides for your guests. If you're looking to offer discounted rides for them, you could do an event code and offer to pay $5 or $10 of each guest's ride, so they'd be getting the discount even though you pay out of pocket.
