Tuxedos - vest and tie colors

Fellow brides, I’m all about matching and the visual aesthetic of matching colors in pictures.


The bridesmaids are wearing spa blue and I was able to get matching vest and ties for the groomsmen… life is great.
Now my questions becomes what color vest and tie should my dad wear (not matching mom, they are divorce)? He picked the same as my uncle but I don’t want them to wear the same, my uncle is head of house old and it’s important he stands out. I don’t want my dad wearing grey/ silver either incase my fiancé chooses grey.
Does it really matter at the end? Is there color protocol? I have so many questions because we are the first to get married on both sides 😞
