Have you tried Men's Wearhouse or Jos A. Bank? They tend to carry a lot of sizes and if they don't have them in the store, they can probably get them.

So, my future husband is 6'11", so I get the difficulty of dressing a taller (or simply different than set sizes!) person. I think your best option will be made to measure. Here in Australia I can think of a few brands, but that won't help if you're in the US! But, look up made to measure options where you are. You can choose the style and the fabric, even the lining.

Not sure where you're located but in California we have DXL and Men's Warehouse that both carry men's big + tall. You might want to look into the custom-made route as well? They make it based on measurements, or you might have to travel a little to find a place.

I think we’re going with Men’s warehouse. One of the groomsmen is very large (about 280 lbs) and another is pretty tall (maybe 6’4”?) so we also have to find a place inclusive of all sizes.

And the groomsmen aren’t wanting to buy a tux which is understandable so it’s even more difficult trying to find one. We're going with a place that will allow my fiancé to buy his suit and let the groomsmen rent for this reason. He's 6'3", weighs like 145lbs, and has a super thin waist with super broad shoulders. Finding clothes for him is a trick. I think we're doing The Black Tux, but I've heard that with Covid backups they're having a hard time right now, so maybe that's not your best option.

Can you find a suit for him to buy that's similar enough to one the groomsmen can rent from another place? They don't have to match 100% so that might be the way to go.

I’m kind of worried about this also. My FH is just shy of 5’ 7”. No problem at all for him, but his brother is like 6’2” and is quite heavy. I’m hoping they have something.
