Tuxedo not the traditional

I personally don't like it. I don't think black and tan go together especially for a spring afternoon wedding.

For a spring afternoon wedding, a light tan tux is a nice, non-traditional choice, but the black shirt, black pants, and black accessories make the overall look feel very heavy and more suited to an evening event. The contrast is pretty stark. I think it would look more balanced and season-appropriate with a white or lighter shirt, or by keeping the tan jacket but swapping the black pants for something lighter. As described, it could work, but it doesn’t quite read spring to me.
