Hi! My groom to be wants to wear a tux with a “normal” tie. I’m totally cool with it. Has anyone else done this?

    My husband did, as well as I'm sure many other people. It's a style choice, similar how you can choose different dress options.

    My FH is wearing a tux with a straight tie. Totally normal and just preference.

    My FH and his groomsmen are all wearing normal ties, only my dad is in a bowtie because he prefers them over normal ties. Do whatever make your FH happy and comfortable.

    We did. My husband hates bow ties so he definitely didn't want to wear one for our wedding. Most of the weddings I have been to have normal these types of ties. I included a picture of from our wedding for you to see.
