Tux color coordinating??

Gray would look nice or black if it's a more formal wedding. If there's a vest, the vest should be the same color as the tux (this isn't prom). Your father can wear whatever he'd like, I'm sure he'll look great.

Assuming its a pretty formal wedding I would go with a modern fitted black tux with a white shirt and black bow tie. Very classic and elegant would go nicely with the dresses. If you want to incorporate the gold I would try adding it to there Boutonniere.

They can wear black suits with champagne vest/ ties. It would look phenomenal. It's never too early to plan your dream day! I am already planning my big day and I am not tying the knot until May of 2017.

I think black or Navy tuxes would look great. I second the vest matching the tux, colored vests are for prom. Just FYI, those dresses are really pricey unless you are renting them from rent the runway, and they tend to not be flattering on all body types, so double check with your BMs for comfort and budget before having your heart set on those. I really liked them but my BMs weren't comfortable in them.

It actually is too early for this. There is no reason to have tuxes chosen 1.5 years before your wedding. You could easily change your mind 3 times before then. If anything, I hope you are just playing with ideas for your own vision, and you aren't actually making your bridesmaids / groomsmen try things on this early. Also, please keep your BMs budgets and body types in mind before choosing a dress. As pp mentioned, that is an expensive dress that won't flatter everyone.

Navy suits or a dark grey would look really nice. Black is always a classic too! I'm anti-colored vest, I think they should match the suit itself, but that's just me.

*First off I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to respond to my discussion. I really like the suggestions of grey, black, or navy.

*I am not having any of my bridal party trying on anything this early, I am simply just getting most of my details planned out so when the time comes I know exactly what it is that I want, so I'm not jumbling around all different colors and styles.

*The pictured bridesmaid dresses are just an example of what I would like my girls to wear. I live in KY and have found a dress shop that carries a similar dress for $120. I realize that all dresses aren't going to look great on everyone. All of my BMs are a size 10 or smaller, so I will of course let them all see if they like what they look like in those dresses.
