Tulle vs. Organza

I'm using organza.

We're doing a mix of both for our ceiling and two walls

I'd say organza. It's more flowy

I am using chiffon for my alter draping. I wanted a more material flowy look. Tulle can look like plastic when photographed and organza sometimes has a shine to it. I had a friend who used black organza and it looked like trash bags. If you are using colored tulle or organza I would buy some of each, hang it, and take a few pictures to see how it will photograph. I had a friend who used this odd looking material for her daughters wedding. It looked like it had fibers in it. When I saw their wedding pictures it looked like she had hung huge drier sheets from the walls. Yes I will be putting my alter up with the draping and taking pictures in the next couple of days just to make sure it will look how I want it to look for the photos. Good Luck!!!!

Thanks, I was concerned with the tulle looking weird. I hadn't even considered how either would look in pictures though. I will definitely have to test them both out.
