I was just wondering if anyone had purchased dresses from "Tulle and Chantilly" online, and if so what the experience was like. I'm getting a lot of mixed reviews online as it seems too good to be true.

Considering they're associated with other known scam sites when you search them for online reviews, I would say no. The site is really good at covering that it's a scam but it's clear that it was written by someone whose first language isn't English.

My bridesmaids dresses were from there - they are beautiful! They were too big and long but the quality was nice.

I ordered swatches from them mid January. They were apparently "shipped" to me two weeks ago, but I never received them. I emailed my complaint, they told me to talk to the shipping company (DHL) and I had to navigate with them back and forth for DAYS. Finally when it was over with, I wanted a refund and they are avoiding it.
I just now googled them to see others' experiences and it looks like they're based in China which means undoubtedly the quality is not great and their customer service is not good.

Was your experience with receiving the dresses on time good? Did you girls order custom sizes or standard? I have ordered 9 bridesmaid dresses from there and am beginning to question whether or not the company is legit.
