I found the perfect dress for me!… just to find it was from a 2020 collection. It’s maggie sottero-zareen lynette 20mk691ac. Any tips on where to get it? I need a size 20. Trying to find a discontinued dress 😫 1

You can try your local bridal shops. They should be able to give you information on how to find and order your dress.

I would look at websites like, Still White, Pre Owned Wedding Dresses, Poshmark, FB Market Place, and Ebay (not kidding).

Since your dress is lace on tulle, and you need a size 20, be open to looking for sizes 22, 24, 26, and 28 because you can tailor these dresses in, but not taper out with that particular fabric. While corsets are usually more forgiving in terms of size, putting a corset on this type of material risks the dress tearing if pulled too tightly.

If you are dead-set on this dress, then look at all the stores in your state, New York, Texas, Florida, California, and Utah. These states have large bridal markets and carry Maggie Sottero. You might get a miracle. I think it is worth reaching out to Bridal Showcase in Oceanside/Vista CA (where I bought my dress). My original dress was destroyed in a flood and had stopped being made. I was devastated. The shop owner, Maria worked TIRELESSLY to help her brides and reached out to the company. It was a miracle that they found my replacement dress in the exact same style, size, and color about a month later.

If worst comes to worst, and you cannot find this exact dress, take solace in the fact that first and foremost, that as sad as it is, you are not marrying the dress, but you are marrying the right man. Maggie Sottero usually has plenty of dresses in the same silhouette for similar price points. Mori Lee, Sophia Tolli, and Stella York are other noteworthy designers that have similar dresses in a worst-case scenario.

Not sure if you have tried on other dresses, but if you have not, or are having trouble articulating what you want, this is how I would describe the Zareen Lynette:

-A-line dress that is not a ball gown. Straight neckline across the chest. Lace and beaded appliques on soft tulle. Ivory on blush.
