Travelling Brides-- Packing Essentials

Not attire related- but absolutely pack copies of your contracts and notes. Since you're traveling you may want to keep important info close by.

So I traveled from my destination wedding directly to my honeymoon...so I had a lot of stuff haha. I did try to skip a lot of the "bride's emergency kit" items since I was getting married at a hotel in a major city and knew anything I needed I could get at quick notice instead of wasting space. The "extra" things I brought (beyond toiletries, attire, etc.) that I did use at some point during the wedding process pre-honeymoon:

- Diamond Dazzle stick to clean my engagement ring

- Anti-bloating pills

- A spare tote to bring my stuff from my MOH's room to our getting ready room

Second the PP above above a face mask! My skin always gets super dehydrated so I pack either a face mask or facial lotion and drink a tooon of water.

Not necessarily wedding related but anytime I travel, I always make sure I have lotion, chapstick, kleenex, hand sanitizer, extra outfit (shirt, shorts and a pair of undies in case checked bag gets lost) and a reusable water bottle.

I would also be sure to keep all paperwork, contracts etc in your carry on.....better safe than sorry.

I take moisturizer with me-- I'll definitely add a peel-off mask that I can do on a layover!

I definitely make sure to stay hydrated and limit my coffee and tea intake (they're diuretics).
