It's tough to say. It's all about when you are going, how well they are handling the outbreak, if your home area is clear, and so on.
Your best bet is to speak to the resort to get a sense of their policies and plans.

Our long-awaited Europe honeymoon for May 2020 was cancelled. We’re hearing mixed reviews if international travel will be safe for fall 2020 and honestly, we might not feel safe until spring 2021.

I'm still planning to travel as of now. The resort has taken extra precautions and is re-opening just five days before the trip. I am going to self-quarantine for two weeks when I get back.
