Traveling with glass frit for unity ceremony

So we are thinking about doing a glass unity ceremony for our wedding in Cabo next month. This would be combining glass frit and then getting something made out of it later. This may be a silly question but I’m trying to cover all angles. Does anyone know if there would be any concern for traveling with the glass frit? As far as customs and such? I would hate to spend the money and have it taken from us. Thanks for any insight!

I'm no expert, but I would think that as long as it's in a secured container, it shouldn't be a problem right? If it's in your suitcase, I'm not sure that customs would know it's in there anyways lol

Can you ship it straight to your hotel, then ship it back home? I have no idea whether it would be an issue on a plane but it seems like shipping might be easier than trying to pack it.
