Transportation

I don’t know how close these venues are, but I think a New Orleans tradition is a second line, I think it’s called.
Everyone parades to the reception location. They carry colorful umbrellas and swing scarves/bandanas. That would eliminate transportation between events.
A shuttle to and from the hotel would be a good idea. Have it run back a forth a couple of times. If someone chooses not to use it the can pay for their own taxi/Uber

Apparently you need a permit, but it’s still an idea to look into

We live about 45 mins from New Orleans. Unfortunately, I think those 2 destinations are too far apart for a Second Line. I will say they are super fun to watch, but I’ve heard they’re pretty pricey. For transportation, I’d check with whatever hotel you’ve blocked rooms at. Maybe there’s a shuttle they can offer? If not, Uber gift cards would be a good idea!

We plan to either use the hotel shuttle or local trolley to provide transportation.
