Transportation

You could rent a large van or use uberXL? We spent $300 for each one-way bus transportation for bridesmaids & moms, then groomsmen & dads.

Our venue is close to the hotel (like 7 minutes), so we have recruited a couple of family members to drive us over (1 for the girls, 1 for the guys) since we have to be there a little earlier and the rest of the guests have a shuttle for their use back and forth. We aren't doing a grand exit so we will just shuttle it back with the rest of the crowd after.

We are renting 2 vans and paying family friends to drive guests, and us, to the venue and back. A transportation company wanted over $800 for what we wanted. I rented 2-nine person vans and offered each friend a “salary” for a lot less and it’s way more flexible.

Our reception and ceremony are at the hotel. We elected not to get transportation as we couldnt find anyone who would do it less than 3 hours. So all of are pics will be in and outside of the hotel. They have a courtyard. Weather permitting we can take pics out there

I am getting married in Vegas and looking into transportation for the guest and us. I found a 27 passenger party bus for $167/hour. Not sure if Vegas is different since the market is pretty well saturated with transportation companies.
