Transportation from hotel to venue

It depends on a million things: where you are located, how far the hotel is from the venue, what kind of limo/car/shuttle size you are looking for, etc. I'd just start calling for quotes. We paid $350 for our 1 way getaway limo, $300 for two 14 person buses (bridesmaids & groomsmen) 1 way, and $1,151 per 55 person bus round trip for guests.

We paid $1700 for a 55 passenger bus to make two pickups before dropping off at the wedding location. As well as running two times at the end of the reception.

Depends really. We have the option to use one our hotel provides. Its a 11 person van that will bring people to and from the venue twice (we can add extra trips for more money). If we book 15 rooms its free is its less the 15 rooms its $200.

Shuttle service was included free with my daughter's hotel block. They did 2 trips there and 3 trips back with no extra fees. Check with your hotel first, then start calling around to get quotes.

It depends on a lot. Our reception is close to an area with a lot of hotels, so I contacted every one and asked about shuttles. Our plan was to have a courtesy block at a hotel with a free shuttle, if possible. We ended up getting a block at a hotel that offers a free 14-person bus to/from our reception venue, which is just a mile away! It worked out beautifully.

Depends. We are paying $300 for a 14x person shuttle bus for 1x hour before and 1x hour after the ceremony. The hotel is about 10x mins from the venue, so the bus could possible bring 42x ppl each way if needed.

Like pp said it depends on everything. But mine is $1788 for 3 14-person vans to go from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception. One hotel is 30 min from the venue, one is 45 min away, and one is an hour away.
