Transportation for Guests?

So I'm having 80-100 guests and it's going to be in downtown Buffalo and I'm just worried about people getting home safely. Does anyone know if Uber or Lyft or something has something where you can give discounts for events? Has anyone else done anything different?

Hi im in buffalo too! Yes, you can have a discount for special events, im pretty sure you just go to the website and decide how much you wanna give per ride. Uber will then give you a code to share with your guests😊

Yes, I believe it's called uber events

We paid for bus transportation for our guests, and had it on our RSVP cards so we knew how many we would need.

Our hotel is offering a complementary shuttle to and from the venue if we get a minimum number of rooms towards our room block. If you haven’t already reserved a hotel room block, I would ask the hotels if they would be willing to provide a shuttle as part of your contract (especially if the venue is within 20 minutes from the hotel).
