Traditional vs. Modern

So how many people go with a traditional wedding and how many go with modern ?

    I guess it depends on your definition. Mine is somewhere in between I guess.

    I'm going modern. My dress is black and red, FH an I are both atheists and writing our own vows, I have a man of honor, we are skipping the bouquet and garter toss, no "dances", doing a first look and using very nontraditional music... we are not traditional peopleSmiley winking

    We are definitely going more traditional in all aspects. Do you mean modern in terms of traditions or aesthetics?

    It depends on how you define traditional and modern. I am having an offbeat wedding (so I guess modern) with a few traditional elements mixed in.

    Even with my beach weddings, about half want a rather traditional ceremony.
