Top gown picks...

I’ve gotten a lot of messages from people asking me what my top 5 or so gowns would be at this point in time, if I had to make a list. What’s surprising to me about that fun question is that I’ve posted so many gowns over the last few months and my taste has really changed. Initially, I wanted a gown that was “out there”, unique, and edgy. Now, based on my venue and personality, I want a gown that is more on the feminine, romantic, and soft side. Don’t get me wrong, I still like gowns with some unique details to them but now I want something a little more on the softer side. I grew up a mixture of tomboy and girlie and I want something that will really display my girlie and feminine side. Here’s what I love...

As I look at this list, I’m surprised that there aren’t any ballgowns! I think ballgowns made up the majority of my previous gown posts and while that silhouette is still a consideration, these other a-line/fit to flare gowns are just so delicate and beautiful in their own ways. I can’t wait to try some of these gowns on in late spring/early summer of 2021! 💕
