Take the picture in to a local bridal shop and tell them you want to try on styles that are similar. Don’t tell them you aren’t buying from them though.

A line is definitely the way to go for a similar silhouette. You could even try a skirt and top to give it the defined line between skirt and bodice. Also look for tulle skirts so you’ll have more of the flowy feeling versus a structured skirt.
