Your dress is very tight and will definitely show panty lines if you wear regular underwear. I would go with a thong. Or nothing at all.

ETA - I have a ball gown so I could wear jeans underneath and no one would know lol but I'm going to wear a lace thong. It's what I'm most comfortable in.

I want to be comfy! I plan to wear my reg undies and to prevent chafing a pair of yoga shorts. I started wearing yoga shorts under dresses a few years ago and i suffer any time i forget them.

And yes the dress is tight, but its thick and I'll be wearing one of those skirts under. Actually when I've gone to try my dress on, I've been wearing like thin spandex boy shorts, I just realized that lol and you couldn't see the lines.
