To Tip or Not to Tip & How much shall it be

I am curious. When your venue is all-inclusive, what is the etiquette for tipping? Do we tip one lump sum, or individually? Do we tip at all (I think so)? What have you done?

    We had an all-inclusive venue, and yes we still tipped each person individually.

    Our inclusive venue had a percentage gratuity separate from the service charge detailed in our contract. I'd check with your venue to be sure what's covered. If this is not enough, you can ask your Planner or WP to hand out labeled envelopes at the end of the night.
