I'm seriously disappointed in you all. I GOT PERMISSION FROM WWKATIE TO HAVE THIS POST...and WENT OUT OF MY WAY to make sure rules were being followed. You just took away a chance for women to LEARN. You should be ashamed of yourself. WWKatie is there anyway to bring it back????

@KM...yes we know that and don't think anyone actually has the guts to post "Hey, it was me! I flagged the post!". Its pretty obvious, but we can still vent about it

Also, I have heard that being on antibiotics can reduce BC effectiveness, so always ask your dr before starting an antibiotic if you'll need a back up BC method.

On the topic that FMM mentioned - I use Dove hypoallergenic soap, and it also helps me to eat probiotic yogurt. Refined sugars make YI worse.

Can WW make a Sticky or allow you to make a sticky on Wednesday and then it be removed thurs morning? Those can't get flagged can they?

I do not understand what is wrong with some people. If you are not personally comfortable with that kind of open and honest discussion then just don't open the damn thread. Stay the EFF OUT and mind your business. Why do people feel the need to police the world and dictate other people's lives.
