To clean or not to clean

Hi their, quick question. Debating on if I should get my wedding dress dry cleaned for our big day in a few months. Do yinz think I should or not? Gonna just be dry cleaned and preserved again after the wedding so Idk. Thoughts?

Was your dress pre-owned? Typically, the dress is just steamed before you wear it and dry cleaned after.

So then I don't think you need to dry clean it beforehand. I mean, you can if you want. But I would save the money.

Definitely don’t, there are many horror stories about dry cleaning gone wrong.

I would say not to, especially if your wedding dress has beading. Sometimes the high temperatures from dry cleaning, or even steaming your dress for too long on your wedding day will melt beads.
